What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the sale, unopened items with original packaging may be returned/exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date for store credit or a replacement product.
Buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping to send back any return/exchange items unless management says otherwise.
Please also note that certain items may be excluded from the return policy as it is an all sales final item and is displayed on the relating product page.
Do you price match?
Because we offer different options to save money in addition to everyday low prices, Craft Haven does not match sale prices of other competitors. As we are able to bring our costs down, we will share that benefit and lower the permanent price in our store accordingly.
Where are you located?
Craft Haven is currently based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Do you allow local pickup for orders?
Craft Haven offers local pickup for those that live and/or are visiting the area, but has temporarily suspended the option to allow local pickups at this time due to recent developments surrounding COVID-19 and community safety. When local pickup resumes, a local pickup option will be available at checkout.
How long will it take to process my order?
Orders will be processed as soon as possible, but may take up to 24-48 hours to ship from our warehouse. In certain occasions (such as peak times), it may sometimes take up to 3-5 business days before the order is processed and shipped. Please keep in mind that we are still a very small business with limited staffing due to COVID-19, but will continue to work as hard as we can to process your order. Please see any and all processing delays will be posted on the top of our website.
Do you ship internationally?
Our website is currently set up to ship within the 50 US states, US territories and Canada. Other countries may be added to the list and will be shown on the shipping drop down menu in the shopping cart and/or on the checkout page.
