-Due to the nature of the sale, eligible items that are unopened with original packaging may be returned/exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date for store credit or a replacement product.

Buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping to send back any return/exchange items unless management says otherwise. Please note that original shipping costs are not eligible for refund, and orders that qualify for free shipping may be refunded the order total less the original shipping cost.

-If an item has arrived defective or damaged, please contact us at [email protected] with the details/pictures of the product, defect, and the order number within 21 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and unaltered when notifying of damages for replacement or store credit. Please note that Dixie Belle Paint products must be notified within 3 business days.

-While it does not happen very often, in the few occasions when an order may be missing an item, a picture of the packing slip AND items actually received must be provided to [email protected] within 7 calendar days of delivery to claim any potential missing items.
