Returns/Exchanges


  • Due to the nature of the sale, all sales are final once the order has been placed. Returns and exchanges will no longer be offered.
    • In the event that an exception is made, a $30 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount in the form of store credit (this includes any unshipped orders requesting to be cancelled).
  • As agreed when placing your order by acknowledging our checkout questions, changes and cancellations cannot be made once the order has been placed.
    • By placing the order, buyer agrees that the order was double checked for accurate products and quantities, shipping method and costs. Adding or removing items from the order or even combining orders will not be allowed due to the fast pace and high volume of orders that are placed and processed daily.
    • We do try to combine multiple orders to help save shipping costs when we can, but it is never guaranteed even if a note is left on the 2nd order depending on the status of the first order being processed. Please note that in the instances that we are able to provide this service, it is provided as a courtesy but never guaranteed every time.
  • Should any packages that are lost, stolen, missing, damaged or severely delayed (beyond the shipping method's transit time), please contact Route to file a claim.
    • If Route was not purchased on your order, Craft Haven® is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once it has left our warehouse as buyer has agreed when checkout questions are acknowledged. Please contact the shipping carrier's customer service for any delayed deliveries.
  • If an item is defective/damaged, please contact us at info@crafthaven.com within 14 days of delivery. Email must include the following: order number, details of the issue and packing slip.
    • Item must be unused and unaltered when notifying of damage/defect.
    • Item will be replaced or issued refund via store credit upon our discretion.
  • In the off chance that an order may be missing an item, a picture of the packing slip AND items actually received must be provided to info@crafthaven.com within 7 days of delivery to claim any potential missing items.
  • Craft Haven® is not responsible for any sublimation misprinted variants as results may vary based on time, temperature, method of application, and even equipment used for any method of application. Please test and adjust your settings accordingly as misprints will not be covered under our damages policy.
